  • Why Ourself?

  • Are your products sustainable?

    We prioritize recycled and recyclable materials wherever possible, and encourage reuse of our packaging by offering refills of Lip Filler, Daily Renewal Cream, and Daily Renewal Cream Rich. Our cartons are made from recyclable materials and are recyclable.

  • How clean are your products?

    Ourself products are formulated without parabens, phthalates, and synthetic fragrances. We focus on groundbreaking technologies and science-backed ingredients to deliver clinical-level results without invasive procedures.

  • Are your products Vegan?

    All Ourself products are vegan with the exception of Lip Filler, Daily Dark Spot Intercept, and HA+ Replenishing Serum, which are formulated with lanolin and cholesterol.

  • Which countries do you ship to?

    We currently only ship to the U.S. but hope to change this soon. To be the first to know when this happens, please sign up for Ourself emails. 

  • When will my order ship?

    We do our very best to ship your order within a few business days; however, our warehouse is currently operating at limited capacity and you might experience a shipping delay. Please allow for an additional 2-6 business days for your order to ship. We know that this isn’t ideal, but we thank you for your patience. We’ll send you an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships! 

  • Can I expedite my order?

    Yes! Any order that does not contain the Brightening Peel can be expedited. Just select express shipping at checkout.

  • Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

    Unfortunately, we cannot alter an order once it’s been placed; however, we will do our best to help in any way possible. Please get in touch with us at hello@ourself.com and we’ll see what we can do.

  • What currencies do you accept?

    We currently only ship to the U.S. and accept the US Dollar; however, we hope to expand our shipping and currency options soon. To be the first to know when this happens, please sign up for Ourself emails. 

  • Do you offer a discount on first-time orders?

  • My discount code isn't working

    Discount codes are eligible on all products excluding subscription orders. If your code still isn't working please send us an email at hello@ourself.com and we'll take it from there.

  • How do I use Afterpay?

    At checkout, select "Afterpay" as your payment method. If you’ve never used Afterpay before, you’ll first need to register with Afterpay and provide your payment details (they accept Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Afterpay before, just log in to your Afterpay account and check out as usual.

Subscription Management
  • Can I sign up for a recurring subscription?

    Yes! On each product page, you can select either “add to cart” or “subscribe and save”. To subscribe and receive your item at desired intervals, simply select the “subscribe and save option”. You’ll be billed based on the option selected and we’ll always notify you prior to each billing period. Your Ourself subscription is completely flexible and can be ended at any time if you wish. 

  • How do I log into my Ourself account?

    Click “Account” on the top right of our website and enter your email address and password. This will log you into your account and allow you place orders and make any desired changes to your information and settings. You can also log in to your account by going directly to our login page here https://www.ourself.com/account/login. If you’re having trouble accessing your account, please email us at hello@ourself.com so we can help you out. 

  • How do I reset the password on my account?

    You can reset your password by heading to the account login page and selecting “Forgot Password”. Just enter the email address associated with your account and we’ll send you a password reset link within a few minutes. If you don’t see it in your inbox, make sure to check your spam or promotions folder.

  • How do I make changes to my subscription?

    To make any changes to your subscription, please first sign into your account here https://www.ourself.com/account/login. 


    Click on the arrow ">" next to the item you'd like to edit, and click “Cancel”. You can also remove a subscription on the individual product's page by clicking "Cancel subscription" under the product editing feature. This will only remove this specific product from your subscription.

Product Usage
  • Can I use while pregnant or breastfeeding?

    Please consult your physician before use if pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.

  • How quickly will I see results from Ourself products?

    Skincare is about consistency. Typical results are seen around 6 weeks for most Ourself products with a couple exceptions - Lip Filler, HA+ Replenishing Serum and Brightening Peel.
    Lip Filler will cause lips to appear rosy and plumper immediately after application.
    Brightening Peel results can be seen in 7-10 days.

    HA+ Replenishing Serum results can be seen in as soon as 2 weeks.

  • Are Ourself products safe for sensitive skin?

    Ourself products are formulated for all skin types. We recommend patch testing before integrating a new product into your regimen, especially the Lip Filler and Brightening Peel. We do not recommend using the Lip Filler, Daily Dark Spot Intercept or HA+ Replenishing Serum on broken or irritated skin.
